Yoyo is run by Oguzhan Cakmak. Contact: support@artifekt.app.
What Yoyo collects
The topics you research, the questions you ask about a brief, the feedback you give when you research again, and your research settings (sources and time window). Yoyo creates an account without a sign-in for each install, so the server can keep your briefs apart from other people’s. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, Yoyo also keeps the name and email address that Apple or Google shares, so your briefs follow you to your other devices. With Sign in with Apple you can hide your email. Yoyo does not ask for your phone number or location. It has no ads and no analytics.
Where it goes
With your consent, your topics and questions go to Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, which does the research. Claude reads public posts through each site’s search or public API: Reddit, X, YouTube, Hacker News, GitHub and the web. Briefs are stored on Yoyo’s server.
Shared briefs
When you tap Share, Yoyo publishes the brief at yoyo.artifekt.app. Anyone with the link can read it. Pages are not listed and ask search engines not to index them. Cloudflare hosts the pages and carries the app’s connection, and may log IP addresses for security.
Your choices
You can withdraw AI consent in Settings at any time. Research then stops. Unshare takes a public page down. Deleting a brief removes it from your list and takes down its public page. Delete account in Settings deletes your account, every brief and question in it, and its shared pages, and ends Sign in with Apple for Yoyo.
How long we keep it
Briefs stay until you delete them. A deleted brief goes to a trash folder on Yoyo’s server until the operator empties it. An account without a sign-in is removed after 180 days of no use. Deleting your account deletes its briefs at once, including those in the trash folder.
Children
Yoyo is not meant for children under 13.
